1. Pneumatic forged steel ball valve-overview

Pneumatic forged steel ball valves are mainly used in various high-pressure medium transportation pipelines in the chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries. Suitable temperature: -196～450℃; driving mode: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic; nominal diameter: 1/2～12; Nominal pressure: 150LB~1500LB; Applicable media: water, gas, oil, natural gas and acid-base corrosive media.

Pneumatic forged steel ball valves are mainly used for long-distance pipeline transportation of oil and natural gas and city gas pipeline systems. 2. Pneumatic Forged Steel Ball Valve-Features

The main design features of forged steel ball valves are: full diameter/reduced diameter; 90-degree positioning and locking structure; special form of "Y" head handle; fire and anti-static design; a pair of facing butterfly springs; anti-blow-out stem ; Double sealing structure in the middle of the stem; bolts and threaded gaskets seal the bonnet.
