3. Maintenance of fluorine-lined breathing valve

1. After the breathing valve products are delivered to the construction site, if they are not installed temporarily or the factory will be overhauled or overhauled in the future, they should be stored in a warehouse with rainproof facilities: the breathing valve series products must not be inverted during transportation.

2. The breathing valve series products should be checked on the tank top once a month to check whether there is dust or dirt in the valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, valve sleeve, etc. If there is, clean it up: give the valve sleeve and valve every six months. Wipe the rod again with transformer oil.

3. Check the fire barrier of the breathing valve of the flame arrester once every six months. If stains or impurities are found to block the fire barrier, remove the fire barrier, use the corresponding solvent to clear the stain, and then clean the fire barrier with water Clean, put it in the shell after ventilating and drying.
