The HXF7 single exhalation valve with takeover fire resistance is a ventilation device fixed on the top of the storage tank. In order to ensure the normal state of the tank internal pressure, prevent the storage tank from being damaged by the overpressure in the tank, and also reduce the loss of the liquid in the tank by volatilization. It is suitable for storage of Class A oil products with a flash point of less than 28°C and Class B oil products with a flash point of less than 60°C, such as gasoline, benzene, kerosene, light diesel, heavy oil and other oil products and storage tanks of chemical products of the same nature.

Note: The flange connection adopts HG20593, PN1.0MPa, and can also be manufactured according to other standards such as HGJ, JB, ANSI-B16.5, JIS, etc. according to user needs.

maintenance:

In order to ensure the performance to achieve the purpose of safe use, inspection and maintenance should be carried out regularly (3 months);

1. Check whether the action of the pressure valve disc is flexible, and whether the contact surface of the guide rod and the valve seal ring is damaged.

2. When reinstalling the pressure valve disc, ensure that the contact surface is tight and the guide rod can rise and fall flexibly.

3. The anti-vibration material of the valve disc must be removed when the new one is used.
