What are the regulations and requirements for safety valves when they leave the factory?

Answer: (1) The safety valve must be accompanied by a product quality certificate when it leaves the factory, and the quality certificate should include the following: ①The content on the nameplate; ②The manufacturing standard; ③Inspection report; ④Other special requirements.

(2) A firm metal nameplate should be installed on the safety valve product, and the following content should be stated on the metal nameplate: ①Name of the manufacturer, manufacturing license number; ②Model, form, specification; ③Product number; ④Nominal pressure ( MPa); ⑤Valve flow diameter (valve seat throat diameter); ⑥Emission coefficient; ⑦Applicable medium and temperature; ⑧Verification mark and supervisory inspection mark; ⑨Delivery year and month.
