Q611F pneumatic threaded ball valve and butt-welded ball valve are divided into integral type (one-piece type), two-piece type and three-piece type. The valve body adopts advanced technology for casting, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close; the valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal, and the valve stem will not be rushed out when the valve cavity is abnormally increased in pressure. Pneumatic two-piece and three-piece ball valve connection forms have butt welding (BW) socket welding (SW), and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platform and locking device. The three-piece ball valve is small in size and consists of a three-part valve housing, which is formed by clamping the middle valve body and the valve ball from both ends by four longer bolts. The advantage is that there is no need to disassemble the pipe thread during maintenance and disassembly, and the four bolts can be disassembled directly, and the middle part of the valve body can be taken out.
